1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to shoparvello.com. Contact: hello@shoparvello.com.

These Terms govern your use of this website and every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the details you provide are accurate, and that you accept these Terms.

2. How the contract is formed

Adding an item to your basket is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you the order confirmation email. That email, together with these Terms, forms the contract between us.

Until we accept your order we may decline it, for example if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was published in error, or if the payment cannot be verified. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.

3. Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens.

Sizing is stated on each product page. Our garments fit close to the body, so please use the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes we recommend going one size up.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency set for your location and include any applicable taxes. The total payable, including any delivery charge, is displayed before you confirm the order and repeated in your confirmation email. That total is the amount we charge, and no further charge is made without your consent.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. Payments appear on your statement as ARVELLO.

If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, timescales and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied at checkout. Providing a complete and correct address is your responsibility.

6. Returns, cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation rights, our 30-day return policy and how refunds are processed are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and includes your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

7. Raising a problem

If anything is wrong with your order, email hello@shoparvello.com with your order number. We reply within one working day and will put right anything that is our responsibility.

We ask that you contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A dispute prevents us from resolving the matter directly and delays any refund you may be owed by several weeks. Where a chargeback is raised on an order that was delivered as described, we will provide the carrier's delivery record, the order confirmation and the account and payment details to the card issuer.

8. Use of this website

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

You agree not to use the site fraudulently, to place orders using payment details you are not authorised to use, or to interfere with its operation. We may cancel orders and refuse service where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather and industrial action, though we will always keep you informed and help resolve the situation.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. The version applying to your order is the one published when the order was placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your country of residence.
